By using the Mü’min360 application (“Application”), you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Türk Otağ (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Application.

Mü’min360 is a mobile application that helps Muslims track their daily worship, view prayer times, and support their spiritual development.

2. Conditions of Use
2.1. Age Requirement
Our Application is suitable for all age groups. Users under the age of 18 are recommended to use it under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2.2. Account Requirements
Mü’min360 does not require creating an account or registering. You may start using the Application immediately after downloading it.
2.3. Device Requirements

Relevant device permissions are required for location services and notifications.
2.4. Internet Connection
The Application mostly works offline. However, an internet connection may be required for application updates.
3. License and Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
3.2. Restrictions
The following are prohibited:

The Application and all of its content (design, graphics, texts, icons, logos) are the exclusive property of Türk Otağ and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4. Application Features and Content
4.1. Prayer Times
Prayer times are calculated locally on your device using astronomical calculation methods. The times are provided for reference purposes and may differ from official times determined by local religious authorities.
Important: Prayer times are for informational purposes only. For official prayer times, please consult your local mosque or the Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet).
4.2. Qibla Direction
The Qibla direction is determined using your device’s compass sensor. Accuracy may vary depending on sensor calibration and magnetic interference.
4.3. Islamic Content
Prayers, dhikr, and Islamic content included in the Application are compiled from reliable sources. The final authority on religious matters is local scholars and religious institutions.
4.4. User Data
All user data, including prayer records and daily entries, is stored only on your device and belongs to you.
5. User Obligations
5.1. Acceptable Use
Users must:

6. Premium Features and Payments
6.1. Free Use
The core features of Mü’min360 are provided free of charge.
6.2. Premium Features
In-app purchases may be required for premium features that may be offered in the future. These purchases are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to the payment terms of the relevant store.
6.3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are renewed automatically

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current period

Subscription management can be done via your device settings
6.4. Refunds
Refund requests are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.
7. Disclaimer and Warranty
7.1. “As Is” Provision
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available.” No express or implied warranties are provided.
7.2. Accuracy
The accuracy of prayer times, Qibla direction, and other calculations is not guaranteed. This information is provided for guidance purposes only.
7.3. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Application.
7.4. Religious Advice
The Application does not provide religious counseling or fatwa services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Türk Otağ shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Application.
9. Third-Party Services
The Application is distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The terms of use of these platforms also apply. Open-source components are subject to their own license terms.
10. Termination
The user may terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the Application from their device. In the event of a violation of these Terms, access may be terminated without prior notice.
11. Changes
These Terms may be updated. Updates take effect when published on this page.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are subject to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be under the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
13. Apple App Store Additional Terms
If the Application was downloaded from the Apple App Store, Apple’s usage rules apply. Apple is not responsible for maintenance and support.
14. Google Play Store Additional Terms
If the Application was downloaded from the Google Play Store, Google Play Terms of Service apply.
15. General Provisions

The invalidity of any provision does not affect the remaining provisions

Failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver
