Last Updated: February 20, 2026 1. Introduction and Acceptance These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mumin 360 mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Türk Otağ ("Company"). 2. Service Description Prayer times, Qibla, Quran reading/audio, dhikr counter, dua library, Hijri calendar, journal, Tahajjud tracking, spiritual score, AI mentor, Ramadan hub. Features may be added, modified, or removed without prior notice. 3. Usage Requirements Suitable for all ages, no account required, iOS 13+ / Android 6+, works mostly offline. 4. License and Intellectual Property Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, reverse engineering, modifying prohibited. All content is property of Türk Otağ. 5. Quran Content Sourced from Official Mushaf approved by Turkish Diyanet. Audio under CC 4.0 license. Report errors: support@turkotag.com 6. Prayer Times and Qibla Accuracy Mathematically calculated, for reference purposes. Consult Diyanet for official times. Qibla depends on device sensor. No religious counseling/fatwas provided. 7. Premium Subscription Freemium model. Purchases via App Store/Play Store. Auto-renewal, cancellation effective at period end. Refunds per store policy. 8. User Content Content you create (journal, custom dhikr, notes) stored only on your device, belongs to you. Not transferred to servers. Permanently deleted when app is uninstalled. 9. Limitation of Liability App provided "as is". No guarantee of uninterrupted/error-free operation. No guarantee of absolute accuracy of prayer times/Qibla. No religious counseling provided. 10. Termination You may delete the app at any time. Violation may result in access termination. Premium subscription must be cancelled separately. 11. Changes to Terms Last Updated date changed, significant changes announced in-app, continued use constitutes acceptance. 12.
