Terms of Use

I. Parties and definitions

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are concluded between Türkotağ Atelier (“Atelier”, “we”) operating turkotag.com and its subdomains (“Site”), and any natural or legal person visiting the Site (“Visitor”, “you”). By using the Site, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

II. Permission to use

The entirety of the Site — including text, images, code, marks and layout — is protected by intellectual property law. The Atelier grants the Visitor a non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to view its pages and quote from its contents for personal and non-commercial purposes. This permission may be withdrawn at any time, without justification.

III. Prohibited conduct

The Visitor undertakes not to seek unauthorised access to the Site’s technical infrastructure, not to scrape it with automated tools, not to republish its content without permission, and not to interfere with others’ ability to use the Site. The Atelier reserves the right to restrict access in case of breach, without prior notice.

IV. Case studies and references

Case studies on the Site contain only information whose disclosure has not been objected to by our clients. Technical detail, numerical results and confidential exchange — protected by our confidentiality agreements — do not appear here; access to such information is possible only through direct conversation.

V. Contact form

Messages submitted via the contact form on the Site are used solely to reply to you and to evaluate the possibility of working together. The information you provide is not shared with third parties; for retention and processing details, please consult the Privacy Policy.

VI. Limitation of liability

The Site’s content is provided “as is”; we make no warranty of complete accuracy or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by Turkish law, the Atelier shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use or inability to use the Site.

VII. Amendments

The Atelier may update these Terms from time to time. The amended text takes effect upon publication on the Site. For material changes, we will leave a courteous note at the top of the page.

VIII. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be settled before the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara.
