Context
Classic single-strategy bots collapse when the market regime shifts. Trend, compression and volatility breakouts each demand a different decision architecture. Instead of a single hero strategy, CAI seeks consensus from ten specialist agents.
Approach
The architecture has three layers: perception (regime detection, on-chain signals, macro), decision (specialist agents plus a meta-orchestrator) and execution (risk budget, slippage awareness, staged entries). Each agent reasons only within its specialty; the meta-orchestrator weighs the decision set into a single position order. Manual override always wins, in one click.

Outcome
The system runs in production with real capital. Performance numbers and internals are kept private. The architectural approach has since seeded private consulting work in defence and fintech.
