1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of the Mümin 360 mobile application. By downloading or using the application you accept these Terms. They form a binding legal agreement between you and Türk Otağ (“we”).

2. Description of the Service

The main features offered are:

  • Prayer-time calculation and reminders (Diyanet EzanVakti + Adhan)
  • Qibla (compass + GPS)
  • Qur’an reading and audio recitation (AlQuran.cloud, multiple translations)
  • Dhikr counter, classical tasbihat
  • Salawat and the Beautiful Names of God (al-Asmā’ al-Ḥusnā)
  • Prayer library, hadith archive (Riyâz al-Sâlihîn)
  • Hijri calendar, holy-night and festival notifications
  • Ramadan centre (iftar/suhoor, khatm, Laylat al-Qadr)
  • Journal/mood and spiritual reports
  • Tahajjud tracking, pre-dawn intentions
  • Spiritual score (0-100)
  • Context-aware spiritual guide (local rule engine — not a remote AI)
  • Favourites and universal search
  • Apple Watch integration (Premium)

3. Conditions of Use

Suitable for all ages. No account creation is required; the application is used anonymously. Minimum system: iOS 13.0+ or Android 6.0+. The application works mostly offline.

4. Licence and Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence of use. Prohibited: copying, selling, reverse engineering, creating derivative works, accessing through automated tools.

5. Qur’an and Hadith Content

The Qur’an text is the Uthmani script obtained from the open AlQuran.cloud API. Turkish translation options: Diyanet, Elmalılı Hamdi Yazır, Yaşar Nuri Öztürk, Diyanet Foundation. Audio recitations are used within the bounds of Creative Commons / reciter licences; commercial redistribution is prohibited. Hadith: HadeethEnc.com’s Riyâz al-Sâlihîn. 6. Accuracy of Prayer Times and Qibla

Prayer times are calculated mathematically; for the official reference, consult Diyanet or your local mufti’s office. The qibla relies on the magnetometer sensor; please calibrate the device. The application does not provide fatwas or religious counsel.

7. Premium Subscription

Managed via RevenueCat through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Free: prayer times, qibla, full Qur’an text plus standard recitations, dhikr, prayers, hadith, calendar, journal, journey.

Premium:

  • Ad-free experience (AdMob disabled entirely)
  • Premium adhan voices (3 additional voices)
  • Qur’an sleep timer
  • Uninterrupted background recitation
  • Apple Watch synchronisation
  • Priority support

Conditions: prices vary by country. Subscriptions renew automatically; to cancel, use the store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are subject to the Apple/Google refund policies. If a free trial is not cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends, billing begins.

8. User Content

Your name, journal, custom dhikrs, pre-dawn intentions and mentor conversation state remain in AsyncStorage on your device only. They never reach our servers. Settings → “Delete All Data” clears them instantly. There is no cloud backup; the data may be included in device-level backups (iCloud / Google).

9. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided “as is”. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Absolute accuracy of prayer times or qibla is not guaranteed. The application is not a fatwa service nor a substitute for spiritual counsel.

10. Termination

You may uninstall the application at any time; the licence then terminates. We may terminate access in case of breach of these Terms. Termination does not automatically cancel a Premium subscription — that must be cancelled separately through the store settings.

11. Changes to the Terms

The “Last Updated” date is changed and material changes are announced through an in-app notice. Continued use signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. The courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction. Your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees is preserved.
