A single repetitive task — email routing, basic data collection, calendar sync. For quick wins.
- Single flow
- n8n or Zapier alternative
- 2-3 service integrations
- Basic error handling
- Light documentation
- 14 days of support
We hand off repetitive cognitive work to quiet flows, and entrust the software you want to build to atelier discipline. From a single n8n workflow to a multi-agent AI system; every scale is built with the same care.
Not every repetitive task deserves automation; not every software idea deserves to become a product. We first study what you do by hand, then separate what truly merits automation from what truly merits software. Editorial will stays with the human; the boring is loaded onto the system's back.
We watch your current workflow. What deserves automation is separated from what does not. The brief is ours to write.
1 weekThe simplest solution first. Off-the-shelf, custom code, or hybrid? Decision diagram and cost projection.
1-2 weeksContinuous delivery — a working slice every week. Tests and observability disciplined from day one.
2-8 weeksDocumentation, runbooks, training. Then 30-60 days of quiet polish from the atelier.
1 weekA single repetitive task — email routing, basic data collection, calendar sync. For quick wins.
A multi-step workflow — connecting several systems, with conditional logic and a small dashboard.
A production pipeline — ETL, scraping, autonomous publishing, custom command panel. Always-on, observed.
An internal tool, dashboard or small MVP. Plain software solving one problem. For validation.
A full MVP — web or mobile. Ready for market. Includes design system, payment, user management.
A multi-platform production product — web + mobile + admin + AI. Scalable architecture, ongoing operation.
— Prices are not absolute; every system carries its own complexity. The figures below are starting points. A precise quote follows the first conversation.
Beyond what any package can carry: multi-agent AI systems, autonomous trading infrastructures, defence/fintech products, production-scale architecture. We write the brief together, draw the scope together, walk together for a long time.
We try off-the-shelf first. If it falls short on speed, cost or security, we move to custom code. The atelier doctrine is not "write code" — it is "build the right solution".
Yes — one of the atelier's core practices. Far beyond a single model call: multi-agent systems, RAG, agent coordination, observability. Experience in defence, fintech and autonomous trading.
Yes. We read the existing codebase, extract documentation, then propose a separate architecture for the new piece. Always incremental — we do not propose big rewrites.
Backend: Node, Python, Go. Mobile: Flutter and native iOS. Web: Astro, Next.js, SvelteKit. Data: PostgreSQL, Supabase, ClickHouse. Decision per project.
For automation, 3-4 in parallel; for software, two at most. There may be a waiting list — share a brief and we plan together.
Automation: 50% to begin, 50% on delivery. Software: 30% to begin, 30% midway, 40% on launch. USD or TL. Clear quote before contract.
14-90 days of atelier support included by package. Beyond that, monthly retainer or hourly support. For multi-agent systems, continuous partnership is recommended.
A few lines on what task you would like to hand off, or what software you would like to build. Two business days to a reply, by hand.
